TEVA Mountain Games in Vail
June 4-8, 2008 The Teva Mountain Games, the country’s largest adventure sports festival, will return to Vail, June 4-8, 2008. This event will celebrate every aspect of the mountain lifestyle with more than twenty different athletic competitions, outdoor film and photography contests, the second annual Everest Awards, an interactive expo and demo area, live music and parties for both athletes and spectators alike. The 2007 Mountain Games will include over eighteen adventure sport competitions including: Kayaking, Cycling, Adventure Racing, Mountain Dog Competition, Trail Running, Climbing, Rafting, Fly Fishing. Tour de France champion Floyd Landis will compete in this year's bicycle event.

Hot Summer Nights Weekly Concert Series Rocks
June - August Tuesday, June 10th, kicks off the start of the Budweiser Hot Summer Nights Concert Series at Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater in Vail. Shows are scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. every Tuesday this summer from June - August. Admission is free making this event a favorite among the locals and summer visitors alike.
