Front Desk ServicesThe front desk of Vail Spa is staffed 24 hours a day during the Winter season, and between 8:00 a.m and 10:00 p.m in the Summer season. Fall and Spring front desk hours are from 8:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m

Vail Spa Concierge Assistance - Our Concierge service is designed to provide you a stress free Vail Vacation. We can generate a full vacation itinerary prior to your arrival, and/or make individual reservations as you see fit. We are available to make reservations in restaurants, ski and bike rental shops, outdoor activities such as horseback riding, or snowmobile rides, ground transportation, spas, grocery delivery, as well as the many other services offered in the Vail Valley.
