Vail Condos - Reservation Policies

Deposits

When you book with Vail Spa Condominiums, 25% of the total vacation cost is due upon booking. Vail Spa shall hold all advance deposits in a non-segregated escrow account and shall not be required to pay interest on any returned funds.

Balance Due

Balance of total vacation cost is due 14 days prior to arrival for summer bookings, 30 days prior to arrival for ski season bookings, or by October15 for holiday bookings. At this time all monies are nonrefundable.

Cancellation Policy

5% of reservation cost will be charged on cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival during the winter, and 14 days during the summer. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival in the winter and less than 14 days prior to arrival in the summer, will be charged the total vacation cost. For holiday bookings, 5% of the total reservation cost will be charged on cancellations made prior to October 15, and the total vacation cost charged on cancellations made after October 15.

Guarantee Policy

The Vail Spa is unable to guarantee specific condominiums. We do our best to meet your requests as noted on your confirmation. The Vail spa will not refund money due to requests not being met.

Extra Person Charge

The extra person charge is $25 per person per night.

Children’s Policy

Children 12 and under stay free when accompanied by parents/adults and using existing bedding.

Taxes

All rates are subject to state, local taxes and resort fee.

No pets allowed at the Vail Spa.
