Damage Insurance Guests will be charged for damage or replacement costs beyond normal wear and tear. Damage insurance is available at an additional cost of $39.00 per stay with a coverage limit of $3000.00.

*Security Deposit Protection plan covers unintentional damages to the unit during your stay, and disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay a maximum $3,000. Any damages that exceed limit will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay, an Insured Person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, CSA will reimburse the cost of repair or replacement of such property up $3,000. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request CSA to pay directly Vail Spa any amount payable under the plan.

Deposit / Cancellation Policy: Deposit: 25% of the total vacation cost is due upon booking.
Final payment: Due 14 days prior to arrival for all summer bookings and by October 15 for all holiday bookings. For all other bookings, final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations: 20% of the deposit, or a minimum of $100, will be charged on any modifications or cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival during the winter, more than 14 days prior to arrival during the summer, and prior to October 15 for all holiday bookings. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival during the winter and less than 14 days prior to arrival during the summer will be charged the total vacation cost. For all holiday bookings, the total vacation cost will be charged on cancellations made after October 15. Please note that deposits are processed automatically on the date due. If you would like the balance of your reservation to be charged to an alternate credit card than the one provided, you must contact reservations prior to the due date. We are unable to process a refund to your credit card in the event that you would like to switch payment methods.

If paying by credit card, I authorize Vail Spa Condominiums to charge my credit card according to the above schedule. I also authorize Vail Spa Condominiums to charge my credit card for incidentals such as concierge services, late departures, as well as for damage or replacement beyond normal wear and tear as property is privately owned. All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
